There are many solutions available that help any company provide a high level of customer support. The first step is to have an independent review of your business website as seen through the eyes of a typical visitor or customer. This is sometimes called a Website Audit or a visit by a Mystery Shopper.
Based on this information it can be seen if there should be additions, modifications or changes to any existing customer support already provided. Standard support is email contact.
