Terms of Payment.
All new customers will be invoiced with a pro-forma invoice and expected to pay for services using Paypal on completion of the service. Until such times as a formal arrangement are agreed. Failure to make payment will suspend all services.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, customers with an agreed account will make payment for the service within 30 days from the date the service was invoiced, without right of set-off or counterclaim. Failure to make payments shall entitle me without prejudice to any other remedy including the withholding of further services, until payment of the outstanding amount is received.
Completion Conduct:
All information, access codes, passwords, email addresses etc., pertaining to you or your customer, shall be deleted unless otherwise agreed.
